The chain is generally a metal chain ring or ring, mostly used for mechanical transmission and traction. A chain used to obstruct traffic (e. g. in a street, at the entrance to a river or harbor), a chain used for mechanical transmission.

The connection between the sleeve of the chain and the chain plate is a welding process, which has a simple structure, but makes the chain more durable.

In order to improve the quality and service cycle of the chain, we have adopted a full-automatic welding robot to weld the sleeve and the chain plate to ensure the unity and stability of the welding process, and inspected the welded chain links according to the welding standards of the world chain factory. At the same time, destructive tests are carried out on the welded chain links according to the sampling ratio of 5% to ensure the quality of each link after welding. For the pin shaft of the chain, we use crescent-shaped high-frequency treatment to make the pin shaft stronger under the premise of improving wear resistance.

The conveyor chain of the grain machine mainly conveys grain and other grain waste residues, and the chain has welding and bending structures. The welding chain is the standard base chain and scraper for welding. The bending chain is formed by bending the chain plate. All parts of the chain are heat treated for medium carbon steel. Every few sections of the chain are equipped with high molecular polyethylene cleaning plates and return hoppers.
